Deliveroo is a three sided marketplace delivery service, primarily focused on food deliveries that operates across 8 markets worldwide - with over 7 million monthly customers ordering on Deliveroo’s app and website.
I joined Deliveroo to help create and deliver a product vision to help the company at the beginning of 2020, pre-pandemic. Throughout my time at Deliveroo in the 40 person strong design team I worked across the consumer, rider and restaurant spaces as part of a 40 person strong design team, and later as the lead designer of the restaurant space helping to lead and grow a team of 5 designers.

Saving Deliveroo £16m (and counting) using design thinking to provide product clarity and simplify a business offering.
A meaty cross functional project on the Restaurant platform side that had multiple twists in an constantly evolving landscape, showcasing my adaptability and leadership through design.

Growing Deliveroo Plus
How an ideation workshop grew the Deliveroo Plus subscriber base from 400k to over 2 million and boosted order volume by 3%.
Designed and shipped the largest growth initiative in 2021 at Deliveroo.
Generated 2+ million new subscribers over 3 years.
